UV Care E-Commerce Store Delivery Policy

1. Shipping & Delivery Areas
UV Care delivers to customers across the Philippines. We currently ship to:

  • Metro Areas: Same day delivery during weekdays for all orders placed before 3PM
  • Regional & Remote Areas: 5-7 days delivery lead time

If your location is outside our standard delivery zones, please contact our support team before
placing an order.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Custom or pre-ordered items may take longer to process (specific timelines will be
  • communicated at checkout).

3. Shipping Time & Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days.
  • Same-Day or Next-Day Delivery: Available for select locations (subject to order placement time and product availability).

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location. Final shipping
fees will be displayed at checkout.

4. Tracking & Order Updates

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
  • Customers can track their order via the courier’s tracking portal.
  • If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours, please contact our support team.

5. Delivery Attempts & Address Issues

  • Our couriers will attempt delivery twice. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
  • If an incorrect address is provided, additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.

6. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

  • If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photos of the damage.
  • If your package is marked as “Delivered” but not received, check with your local courier office or neighbours first before reaching out to our support team.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, customs clearance, or courier-related issues.
