UV Care E-Commerce Store Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
We understand that plans change, and we aim to accommodate your needs. If you need to
cancel your order, please review the following terms:
Before Shipment:
o Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase at no additional
cost.
o Cancellations after 24 hours but before shipping will incur a 5% processing fee to
cover administrative costs.
After Shipment:
o Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. Customers may,
however, return the product following our Return & Refund Policy.
Custom or Special Orders:
o Custom-made, pre-ordered, or specially configured items cannot be cancelled
once the order has been confirmed.
2. Order Cancellation by UV Care
- UV Care reserves the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:
- The item is out of stock or discontinued.
- Payment verification fails.
- The order is flagged for fraudulent activity or violates our terms of service.
- There are unexpected logistical issues or delays beyond our control.
- If we cancel your order, a full refund will be processed immediately.
3. Refunds for Canceled Orders
- If an order is cancelled before shipment, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
- Processing fees may apply in certain cases (e.g., late cancellations).
- Refund timelines may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
